Weddings & Events

At Roots & Thread Co., we offer designer-led, season-driven floral design for a limited number of fall weddings and events. We work exclusively in September and October, when the garden is at its most expressive - rich with texture, movement, and color. Our designs feature flowers grown on our own farm and thoughtfully supplemented by other local growers, allowing the season to guide every arrangement.

We specialize in small weddings and intimate gatherings, offering à la carte floral design rather than full-service event styling. Our work is intentionally designer-led: bouquets and arrangements are created through our lens, informed by your overall vision and the natural rhythm of what’s blooming at its peak.

We focus on personal floral elements - such as bouquets, ceremony flowers, and table arrangements - and do not offer large-scale floral installations. This allows us to remain closely connected to the flowers and the season.

Because we work exclusively with seasonal flowers and a creative-first approach, Roots & Thread Co. may not be the right fit for clients seeking specific flower varieties, exact color matches, replicated inspiration images, or installation-style designs. Instead, we collaborate with couples who value artistry, nuance, and the beauty of letting the season shape the final result.

Whether it’s a bridal bouquet, ceremony flowers, or table arrangements, our designs are thoughtfully composed to feel effortless, intentional, and deeply connected to the landscape.

Investment

Fall wedding and event florals begin at $1,000, with most clients investing between $1,500–$3,000, depending on the scale of the event and selected floral elements. All work is custom and season-led, with proposals created on a case-by-case basis after reviewing your details and confirming overall fit.
